Nordic Fitness Training

Our cross-country skiing specialist Michi comes to Arthurhaus for 2 days and has devised an excellent program for you.
A special health and fitness training is offered for beginners and advanced, which is very well suited as preparation for various outdoor activities such as cross-country skiing, ice skating, ski touring, running (trail running), hiking and the like.
- Introduction to Nordic Walking (+ “Skigang” of cross-country skiers)
- Cable pull training
- Imitation and stabilization exercises
- Theraband training
- Sling trainer
Particularly interested participants will receive an introduction to training with “Skikes” (off-road ski rollers), classic ski rollers and skating ski rollers. If there is sufficient snow (which we expect :-)), there will also be an introduction to cross-country skiing techniques for skating and classic style.
